General Terms and Conditions

The provisions of the General Transport Conditions 2002 (AVC) always apply to contracts for road transport, as per the most recently registered version at the registry of the District Courts of Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Cross-border road transport is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the CMR Convention.

General Terms and Conditions for Forwarding

All our forwarding activities are subject to the Dutch Forwarding Conditions, including the arbitration clause, filed by FENEX at the registry or registries of the District Court(s) in Amsterdam and Rotterdam, latest version. Dutch law shall apply. Claims that 2B Shipping may bring before the courts pursuant to Article 23 paragraph 1 of the Dutch Forwarding Conditions will be settled exclusively by the competent Dutch court in the place where 2B Shipping has its registered office. The conditions are provided to you before or at the conclusion of the agreement and will be sent free of charge on request.
